Helmet: your head should always be well protected. It is important that you chose a helmet that fits you, as this will allow you to better enjoy the long-distance trajectories and the off-road routes, typical of an adventure like this. As a complimentary option, it would be interesting if you could assemble and disassemble your visor at will, to better adjust the helmet to your needs.
Boos: it’s very important that your boots are flexible and resistant, all this while offering the appropriate comfort, to better protect your feet and ankles against gravel, dirt and sand… preferably, your boots should be trail or endurance boots. Regular ones aren’t advised.
Gloves: your hands should be protected against the wind, the cold, the water and the sun. Therefore, your gloves should be soft, light and waterproof, made of elastic and flexible fabric, offering a comfortable grip.
Jacket and pants: indispensable equipment to ward you from the wind, they should be resistant and provide good protection for the entire trip. You should choose a model with a rigid but removeable protective coating, with a material that allows a good air flow even at high temperatures.
